В середине сентября 2019 года один из крупнейших производителей майнингового оборудования Canaan представил два флагманских ASIC-майнера AvalonMiner 1047 и 1066. Они предназначены для майнинга биткоина и других криптовалют, работающих на алгоритме SHA-256.
Что из себя представляют AvalonMiner 1047 и 1066? Стоит ли их покупать или лучше присмотреться к Antminer S15 и S17? Будем разбираться в этом обзоре!

Canaan AvalonMiner 1047 и 1066. Внешне отличий никаких
Очевидно, что компания Canaan не стала заморачиваться с уникальностью своих майнеров и взяла за основу всем известную линейку Antminer S17. Тот самый алюминиевый корпус с двумя лопастными вентиляторами, та же интерфейсная панель и многое другое. Главное отличие новых AvalonMiner от Antminer S17 это использование интегральных схем. Например, в Antminer S17 Pro (50Th) используются 7-нанометровые ASIC-чипы, в то время как AvalonMiner 1047 и 1066 – немного устаревшие 16-нанометровые.
Немаловажен тот факт, что стоимость AvalonMiner 1066 с хешрейтом 50 TH/s ровно в два раза меньше, чем у Antminer S17 Pro (50Th): $1 850 против $3 900.
Доходность Canaan AvalonMiner 1047 и 1066
Перейдем к самому интересному – доходность и окупаемость. По состоянию на 27 сентября AvalonMiner 1047 и 1066 майнят биткоин на сумму $111 и $150 соответственно. С расчет брался тариф на электричество $0.05 за 1 кВт и стоимость биткоина на уровне $8000.
Что касается окупаемости, то 1047 окупится примерно за 14 месяцев, а 1066 – за 12 месяцев. Интересным является то, что срок окупаемости практически AvalonMiner 1047 практически не отличается от показателя того же Antminer S17 Pro (50Th).
Подведем итоги
Если вы намереваетесь приобрести Canaan AvalonMiner 1047 или 1066, то делать нужно это прямо сейчас, или, лучше присмотреться к топовым устройствам. Все дело в том, что ASIC-майнеры компании Canaan достаточно быстро теряют рентабельность. Например, представленный в сентябре 2018 года AvalonMiner 921 уже майнит в минус, поэтому есть вероятность, что у 1047 и 1066 будет похожая ситуация.

Within the period of this warranty, Canaan will repair or replace, free of charge, any part proven defective in material, performance or workmanship, but mining earnings will not be compensated. You can work with Canaan after sales engineers online to find out the faulty parts, then we can send you the replacement parts directly via the express companies. In this condition, Canaan will pay the shipping cost of the replacement units shipment. You can also choose to return the faulty machines to Canaan. In this condition, Buyers pay inbound shipping and we will pay the return shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss caused by customs delays, losses or charges. This above warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services caused by any use other than normal use, or damage resulting from current surge, water damages, abuse, accidents, fire, flood, overclocking, unauthorized alterations, or improper installation or use with products not approved or instructed by the Seller. “Overclocking” means a manual increase of the CPU’s processing speed, and does not include turbo speeds initiated by the processor itself as designed by Avalon.
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
Service calls to correct installation of the Covered Product, or to explain the usage of the product to the buyer.
Repairs necessitated by use other than normal use.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, fire, flood, overclocking, unauthorized alterations, or improper installation or use with products not approved by Canaan.
