I got a TVS HLX PLUS less than 7months ago. The engine gives black smoke while idling. What could be the problem? The Odometer reading is 2,037. I have replaced spark plugs three times. Hi, does anyone have a wiring diagram for lexmoto assault efi 2019, the ignition switch they sell on cmpo doesn’t fit to wiring loom on bike:))). They is a 6 pin plug with red, black and brown on bike and an 6 pin plug with red, black, green, black/white on ignition switch all of them in completely different positions. Guess what, bike doesn’t start. So I badly need the wiring diagram to fix what lexmoto parts dealer messed up

I imported a bike and I can’t register it due to having no technical specification to it. I noticed you have large database of motorcycles but I couldn’t find nothing about my one. I’ve basically checked everywhere and no luck (even contacted manufacturer but obviously no reply).
The bike in question is Chinese Better BT12-20 made by Jiangmen.
Could you possibly help me with finding these?

We have a Motorino XMA 2017. The wiring under speedometer (controlling speedometer, signal lights, head light, gage illumination, re gen and Battery charge indicator). The wires for these coming out from under the indicator assembly to the male connector and the female connector have been stressed, worn to breaking point. This is a factory or a point of assembly issue. The connector has suffered wear and stress while turning the front forks. Not something we noticed until one by one failure in dash. no speedometer readout only 00 prompted us to have a look. Wiring was not placed and secured and or shielded well at assembly we are assuming. All the wires have come out from the connector at the female side and three from the male side. Impossible to match up which goes back to what in the connectors. there is six on female side and 5 on male side as best we can figure by looking. We need a schematic or photos of the connectors which wires to which on each side. and or do you have info on were we could purchase a new connector (male / female ) set with wires? Please help and thank you.

Yes I have a 08 Jonway 250cc water cooled engine. The head gasked is blown I’m guessing. It bubbles back into the resivor when trying to start it, but no mixture in the oil. But I’m having a awful time trying to find a new head gasket for it. I either dont know how to word it correctly or if the person I got it from changed something, but its not like the few I have ran across. So any help would be greatly appreciated! And also what about performance parts for it or racing parts? Thank you for you time and patients in helping me.

Friend has a aeon 50 cc 4 wheeler. Looks identical to my kids Polaris. The aeon lost spark figure they have same wire harness. Polaris has 5 wire CDI box Aeon has a 4. I thought the mag was bad but pulled flywheel and was caked in mud. Cleaned and put back on. Took a test meter and to see if getting a signal from the rectifier and do but can only see meter jump don’t know exactly what number it was saying hard to look while kicking the starter but noticed with my meter I get some kinda voltage until I guess this 4 wire box. Coming out of the box is nothing. Mind u someone sold me an entire wire kit and mag kit for totally wrong quad so I stripped the aeon before checking. I have cdi boxes laying around and the new harness is a 4 wire cdi. Can I just splice into the aeon mag/stater wires and run new harness. We don’t want lights or all the bull crap aeon has for wiring. Basically if I have a signal from the whatever sends a signal I get confused with mag/stater. But obviously the (keyway or magnet that passes very close that is on flywheel. Can a butcherd down harness just for spark work. It’s a p.o.s and just wanna get running so the kids can ride. My Polaris with a dead battery sat outside for 2 years uncovered and still starts at most 4 kick. The aeon had weak spark to begin with. But if u seen the inside of flywheel idk if a coating of crap will stop spark. Ohh and the Polaris has manual choke. The aeon. I’m assuming don’t. Has wires going to whatever on the carb. Just want spark or aeon will be soaked in gas and lit. I only got involved because it’s my neighbors kids. And I’m no dummy mechanic. Just this p.o.s aeon is crap. And personally I hate wiring problems. But apparently this aeon 50cc shit box is my match. My 2 snowmobiles are identical. One lost spark. And was easier to find out why. Simple ground wire a mouse I think chewed but. If I could see the exact harness diagram for the aeon thunder colt 50cc. I’d be much appreciated google it and can’t be sure if any exact or on there

I just painted my tank on my 2001 cbr 929 rr and when I buttoned every thing back up it starts but shortley after fI light comes on along with red light then it will ideal real high and then slowly die, but will fire back up and do same thing
