Прошло много времени после установки жабо.Свои функции исполняет успешно ни капли воды и после снегопада и ветра ни снежинки под капотом.Обесшумка от ДВС и вибро от лобового.Результатом доволен. Читать дальше

Ремонт Temic 0675 блок управления скеклоподъёмником

Вот и меня настигла очередная мегановская болячка.
Выхожу из магазина и нате.
меган решил проветриться
Благо вышел всего на 5 мин.
Но дождь су…а злой был и пока доехал до дома залило прилично.
Диагностика методом перекидывания блока с правой двери на левую показала что сдох Temic 0675.
В России походу эти блоки никто не чинит.
Зато в UK это дело поставлено на поток.

Раздербанив свой блок и посмотрев видео от англичан пришел к выводу, что причиной выхода блока из строя становится ухудщение контакта №3 между ( массай) и платой— прямо под штекером.
Так как эта херня происходит под штекером — её визуально не видно пока не отпаяешь это самый штекер.
Отсыхает тут ( потом греется и может вообщэ сгореть:)

Ребята на видео решают отгорание массы кинув жирный медный провод напрямую на контакт.

восстановленная масса
заодно прокидывают жирные провода и для контакта №1- сигнал опустить и №2 сигнал поднять.

Ну в общем -то кто дружит с паяльником может по данному видео чинить блоки, а я вот -рукожоп, снимая штекер смахнул пару smd писчинок и теперь буду заказывать блок с разборки.

Хотя может есть специ тут, кто подскажет, что это за детали и какого наминала?
